Realistic looking druzy heart pendants from polymer clay - a free tutorial

Necessary:

  • Pardo clay: Jewelry line - Rose Chalcedony, Translucent line - transparent and pink. WARNING: if you've never worked with Pardo, please first watch my tutorial on how to condition it. Pardo is different than other polymer clays. 
  • Heart shaped cookie cutter (I used the middle sized from the Makins 3 piece set)
  • Ball stylus
  • Polyflakes Crystal iridescent glitter (use any glitter that you know is oven resistant and doesn't lose shimmer)
  • Liquid clay of your choice Optional "ghost" interference pink pigment (or white mica powder)
  • Glossy varnish
  • Optional buffer
  • Hand drill
  • Screw eye pins for bail
