It's strength and ability to hold detail makes it an excellent clay for advanced techniques such as mokume gane, bargello and caning. It is strong, self supporting and will not crack when baked in large pieces. Beautiful suede finish when baked.

Soft fresh clay
I bought a set of these bright colors which are gorgeous and great for mixing into different values but I forgot to mention how nice and soft they are. You can tell these are fresh which is great. Not soggy unless your room is too warm I imagine. Mine was at 78 and the clay retained its form just fine. Love it!!
