Dried Up Inka-Gold?

I picked up a jar of Inka-Gold that I have had a little while.
I was disappointed to find it had dried up....

Inka-Gold is water-based so I added fresh water to the jar.
I poked holes to break it up and get the water dispersed throughout the dried up paint.
I screwed the lid tightly on the jar and let it sit over night.
The next day, the Inka-Gold was nice and creamy again.

    Tool

I love the colors Inca gold offers as well as the ease of application. The 2 things I don't like. It dries out, and I don't like the mold that it grows. These can be overcome but I wish the company could find a solution to this ********* The solution to no mold is to use bottled or distilled water when softening them up again.

Best crackle effect you’ll get on polymer clay

After seeing a couple YouTube tutorials using this product for a crackle effect, I needed to try! I got a few colors and bam, Magic!! It leaves the clay soft and pliable and you can color your inka gold crackle with alcohol inks and you’re left with a gorgeous veneer! I’m definitely coming back for more, I really love this stuff. It’s great for so many other things as well.

Very good, but there is a learning curve

I got the Inka Gold silver, and the results were excellent. I did find it more difficult to work with, as it would start to dry out before I was done with the project. I was being very frugal and got the sample size. I'll see if I can get it to soften up to the right consistency with some water. Good enough to buy again, and friends were impressed with how metalic it looked.
