When you collect enough points to unlock a Poly Clay Play Perk, you'll receive an email. Once a Poly Clay Play Perk is claimed, the points will be deducted from your Perks account. Once you claim your Perk, use it by the expiration date listed. You must have a Poly Clay Play account to earn and spend Poly Clay Play Perks.
- Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or shipping.
- Points are earned and redeemable only by the e-mail address on your account.
- Points are non-transferable.
- Points may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.
- Points are accumulated from purchases after January 31, 2017.
- We hold the right to cancel a Poly Clay Play Perks account and add or remove points at any time.
