With its fine control applicator tip, making a wide range of different sized pearls is a snap! Pearl Pen can be used on virtually all surfaces, excellent for polymer clay, fabric, paper crafting and home decor accents. Pearl pen is water-based and non-toxic. It is machine washable, water resistant, and weatherproof.
