Description

Do you like to make your own polymer clay colors? Do you want to create recipes so you can mix the same color every time?  Here's how to follow a polymer clay recipe:

  1. Roll a sheet of conditioned clay in each of the colors in your recipe. (Make note of the thickness if you want to make the same amount each time.)
  2. Use the Color Recipe Tool in whatever size you want to cut out same size triangles of each color in your recipe. (If you are making a large batch, it will be easiest to use a bigger cutter.  Again, make a note if you want to make the same amount again.)
  3. Mix together the required number of triangles of each color to make your recipe.

Here is an example of a recipe for the discontinued Sculpey Souffle favorite, "So '80s". See other recipes below.

8 parts Raspberry (Su6004)
3 parts Igloo (SU6001)
1 part Turnip (SU6515)

Have fun creating your own colors!  The trick is to take notes of how many parts of each color you used to create the final color.  Don't forget to write down what brand of clay you used.

There are 10 different sizes available!
