at first it looks like "just black." On closer inspection it is dark blackish brown, so if you are seeking a rich dark brown, without having to use a ton of brown shades, mix in a thin slice of this. I just tried it with some milk chocolate brown Sculpey, and it makes a perfect, rich natural dark brown.
