The keys can be molded using a ¼ inch ball of clay for a thin key. Or, they can be molded using a 5/16” ball of clay for a thicker key.
For easy measuring you may use a 7/16” round Kemper Cutter (tiny key) or a 1/2” round Kemper Cutter with a sheet of clay made using the 2nd thickness of a pasta machine dedicated to clay use (about the thickness of a Popsicle stick).
Made of strong urethane rubber it can be flexed for easy release.

Mold is made of tough, flexible rubber and can take temperatures up to 150° F.

Instructions included with mold to make old time keys with light colored, metallic gold letters and rings.

Laid out, the letters spell PENNI JO.
