Sandrartes shares one way to create the molds for the liquid fimo hollow beads. How to apply color and make them translucent. The soft natural clay is potters clay.
I'm wondering if you could use kids play-doh since it is water-soluble and skip the hose and cotton? Please let me know if you try it and how it turns out. Also, instead of markers, I bet you could paint with alcohol ink.
